Man made titles in the church today

In the Christian communities, today we obliviously observed that the men made activities and the titles of leaders are so beautifully designed and developed especially for heading the churches ahead by titled leaders. These titled leaders lead the churches accordingly to their own vision and missions. There are numerous corrections need to be edited in their ways of teaching, which is resulting denomination within the Christian communities, despite being applying the same Bible as resource material. Their wrong procedures had changed the turning points of the every hidden treasure of the doctrinal issues. While having examined all those magnesium applied by them thoroughly and carefully from the scriptures of the Holy Bible, many points could be raised out, but to preserved the communities, if humble questions were raise in order to edit their mistakes on doctrinal issues, one is not allowed as they had already laid boundary concerning that it is the contempt of the leaders. Thus no questionnaires have to be overcome to the leaders, applying that they have the authority over the church and its activities. Why such practices are happening in the churches today? Is this due to the lack of qualification? Or Is it the lack of resources? In other ways some says that to read Bible is very hard. While I would still say it is much easy to read the Bible but harder than what we had read to understand it. However God has in plain conversation said that there is nobody perfect not a one, refer Romans 3:10 None is righteous, not a one I am not coming to cross those Leaders of the particular church, but instead trying to impact the fact which is hidden in the holy bible actually. It is very much important for all the individual Christian to note that we are in the age of New Testament, where the Old Testament had already been completed by the Lord Jesus Christ and taught us to follow his steps ahead, of course we can use for the references today, without which we are unable to research the New Testament and I personally say to this effect is of course the new generation, and why are we still in the past laws? if we continue adhering the old laws of Moses than it is like a game played out of the game’s rules, resulting the whole game worthless and meaningless, similarly by obeying the laws of men can only praise the man not the creator God Jehovah and his Son Jesus. So let us exercise something from the bible and observe, what it teaches to us today. In the book of Matthew we see that the Lord Jesus Christ gave every believer a equal standard to the name of teacher. The teacher or the master generally translated or known as Pastors/Elders/Decons today. Today, we all are made under control of such designated persons. The fact is that there is only one master and a teacher that is only Jehovah the God not even Lord Jesus Christ. I could say He is the good Leader and as well as good owner too. Refer Matthew 23:8-12 8 “But you must not be called ‘Teacher.’ You are all equal as brothers and sisters. You have only one Teacher. 9 And don’t call anyone on earth ‘Father.’ You have one Father. He is in heaven. 10 And you should not be called ‘Master.’ You have only one Master, the Messiah. 11 Whoever serves you like a servant is the greatest among you. 12 People who think they are better than others will be made humble. But people who humble themselves will be made great.. So, one should not be so much greedy to captured the titles created by the man, resulting the partiality among the community by flattering others has to be avoided, or otherwise it is dangerous for such titles, let us have a reference from the book of Matthew 20:25-27 25 So Jesus called the followers together. He said, “You know that the rulers of the non-Jewish people love to show their power over the people. And their important leaders love to use all their authority over the people. 26 But it should not be that way with you. Whoever wants to be your leader must be your servant. 27 Whoever wants to be first must serve the rest of you like a slave. and Job 32:21-22 21. I will treat you the same as I would treat anyone else. I will not praise you to win your favor. 22. I cannot treat one person better than another. If I did, God my maker would punish me The one who is leading the group has to be basically qualified in spirit so that he can lead the group and impact the teachings ref Titus 2:1 You, however, must tell everyone how to live in a way that agrees with the true teaching. , Titus 2:6-8 6 In the same way, tell the young men to be wise. 7 You should be an example for them in every way by the good things you do. When you teach, be honest and serious. 8 And your teaching should be clearly right so that you cannot be criticized. Then anyone who is against you will be ashamed. There will not be anything bad they can say about us. Therefore, friends in the faith today please fear the God the creator not the Leaders, observe and serve the Lord according to the law and systems, please go through proper channel as like you are applying for your earthy procedures. There is law and system to of the Heavenly Kingdom set by Jehovah the God, which is strong than the Heaven and earth since everything of earth and heaven can pass away but not the single word could pass away but shall be fulfilled ref Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away. get remembered this words of living God and act faithfully and serve God in such a way that you are eligible for the wages and of course a everlasting service of God rather not terminated from the service of God without any wages.
