Nari Morcha is for the benefits all the women of Nepal not particularly for Darjeeling,and this is the protection force for women. This can be possible only when the women are aware of it's working.And awareness comes from education or from society of educated people.In Delhi(India) Nari Morchas are always stand for the protection of women's right.I am the member of Delhi Mahila Samaj and we help to make them self dependent.

First step for the improvement and development we have to start free school for women and has to suggest to the parents to send their daughters to school.There should be classes for the teaching of tailoring of their cloths and for hygienic them self as well their home. This can be possible if any incentive is to be given to them .
